1. Estimates and Diagnostic Procedures

All heating, air conditioning, and heat pump service calls begin with a thorough on-site physical inspection. Diagnostic fees are disclosed upfront prior to dispatch. Written repair estimates are provided to the homeowner or property manager before any repair or replacement work is initiated.

2. Authorizations and Site Access

Customers must provide safe and unhindered access to all HVAC equipment, including indoor air handlers, outdoor condensing units, thermostats, electrical breaker panels, and crawlspaces or attics. An adult (18 years or older) authorized to approve repairs must be present during the service visit.

3. Warranties and Workmanship

All labor performed by our licensed technicians is backed by our standard workmanship warranty. Equipment and replacement parts are covered by manufacturer warranties (e.g., compressor, coil, heat exchanger warranties). Warranties do not cover damage resulting from external power surges, acts of nature, flood, or unauthorized third-party tampering.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior commercial financing or credit terms have been formally executed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank debit, and approved local financing options.
